2. HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR DATA?

This website is informative in nature and does not have data collection forms nor does it allow user registration. Therefore, we do not automatically collect personal data through web forms.

The only personal data we process are those that the user voluntarily provides through:

  1. Email: When the user sends an email directly to our contact address.
  2. Technical browsing data: IP address and technical data necessary for the connection with the server (security logs) and the display of fonts.

3. PURPOSE OF TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

We process information for the following purposes and legal bases:

A) Inquiry handling (Contact via Email)

  • Purpose: To reply to requests for information, doubts, or queries sent by the user to our email.
  • Legal Basis: The user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) expressed by proactively sending the email, and the legitimate interest of the controller to respond to such communication.
  • Retention: Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with legal obligations.

B) Website Security (Server Logs)

  • Purpose: To guarantee network and information security, prevent cyberattacks, and analyze system errors. The hosting server automatically records the visitor's IP address.
  • Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to ensure website security.

C) Font Display (Google Fonts)

  • Purpose: To display website texts with the correct font to ensure a consistent appearance and functionality.
  • Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). When loading the website, the user's IP address may be transmitted to Google servers to download the font.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

In general, data will not be communicated to third parties except under legal obligation. However, for the technical operation of the website, we rely on the following service providers:

  • Hosting: Web hosting provider (Data Processor), which processes technical data (IPs) to serve the website.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): By using Google fonts, the user's IP address is transmitted to Google servers to serve the font file. You can consult Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. USER RIGHTS

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Ada Narváez Marcos is processing personal data concerning them. Interested persons have the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data.
  • Request rectification (if inaccurate) or deletion.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Request data portability.
