Measurements and plan drafting: full measurement and survey services.
Renovation advice: guidance on the selection of all construction materials and finishes. We will always endeavour to provide reference images for client assistance.
Preliminary project: explanatory report, existing plan survey, renovation plans (floor plans and elevations), images and samples.
Interior Design Project: providing quality reports, partial measurements, renovated layout plans, dimensions, flooring, ceilings, electricity, carpentry and furniture; dimensioned renovated elevations, details, provision of images and samples.
Site visits: includes travel to the site, preparation of a report per visit, meetings with the property owner and visits to suppliers involved in the project. Construction work is monitored until completion.
FULL “one stop shop” Project management: processing and tracking of orders from contracting to coordination of delivery and installation.
“Turn-key” conclusion: includes procurement of any and all equipment for the subject property premises. Including furniture, lighting, upholstery, artwork, props, bathroom accessories, and household items if required.
